Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped via protective packaging to maintain product stability. Domestic USPS orders over $250 ship free. International orders are accepted but may incur customs fees (buyer responsible).

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Tracking is provided once shipped.

Cancellations & Refunds

Because all products are research-use-only and made-to-order, cancellations are accepted only before shipment. No refunds after shipment. All sales are final.

Returns

No returns accepted. All products are sold as-is for laboratory research only.
