I had an issue with my checkout while using a coupon, and now my coupon won’t work, what should I do?
If your checkout is not completed properly due to a payment issue, your coupon will temporarily not work because our system thinks it has been used. In this case please wait an hour for our system to realise the coupon wasn’t used, and the coupon will automatically refresh and be ready for use again! If you have waited an hour and the coupon still doesn’t work, please reach out to support and we’ll send you a new code.
Where are your COAs?
For research compounds sold strictly for laboratory use, we do not release Certificates of Analysis (COAs) publicly or upon request.
Our products are HPLC-verified in-house at ≥99% purity before every batch ships. However, we do not provide third-party COAs for the following reasons:
- Regulatory compliance – Releasing COAs could imply the material is intended for human or clinical use, which violates our research-only policy and could create legal risk for both us and our customers.
- Customer privacy & security – Third-party lab reports contain sensitive batch data. We protect that information to prevent counterfeiters from copying our exact testing standards.
- Speed & focus – Every order is tested internally before it leaves our facility. We prioritize fast cold-chain shipping over paperwork that most researchers never need.
If you require independent verification for your specific project, you can always send a small sample from your vial to any accredited lab (MZ Biolabs, Janoshik, or Prime are commonly used by the community). We stand behind our in-house testing and offer a full refund if any third-party test shows purity below 98%.

Any reference to or discussion of human consumption of any type will result in cancellation of sale and prohibition on future ordering.
We cannot advise customers about any part of the research process, and assume that all researchers have the requisite knowledge and expertise to safely conduct their experiments and properly handle research-grade compounds.
Store Refunds & Returns
For safety and quality assurance reasons, we are unable to accept returns on research products. All our products are sourced from reputable manufacturers with established safety and quality records.
We stand firmly behind the integrity of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. If you experience any issue or have concerns regarding a product you’ve received, please contact our support team — we’ll be happy to assist and ensure your concerns are properly addressed.
Refunds
In the event that you are not satisfied with the research product you purchase, you may contact our care team to discuss the issue.
Refunds will not be issued for purity or fill weight unless 3rd party test results are presented showing that the product is either underweight or the purity is under 98%. Upon submission of these 3rd party test results, a full refund will be issued.
Test results are only accepted from reputable testing providers, as indicated here: TrustPointe Analytics, MZ Biolabs, Janoshik Analytical, Prime.
Shipping/Delivery Issues
We ship all products using UPS Ground unless otherwise requested during order submission. Shipments are picked up between 10am-2pm each weekday, and usually arrive within 3 business days, although it may take up to 10 business days to arrive due to recent ongoing carrier delays.
Tracking information is provided upon shipment, and automatically sent to customer’s email address. Tracking should be followed to ensure safe and secure delivery of your product.
We are not responsible for stolen or redirected packages. We encourage all customers to use a secure lockbox or a drop box for package delivery to ensure safety of purchased items.
Please note that shipping delays do happen, and we have no control over the shipping process once the order leaves our warehouse. While we understand it is frustrating for your order to get delayed, please be patient. The vast majority of packages that are delayed in transit do ultimately get delivered.
We are not able to authorize re-shipments or refunds for packages with tracking info that states “delivered.” This includes packages delivered to an incorrect address or to a common area in an apartment building. Customers should contact the carrier to inquire about the package delivery prior to reaching out to us for assistance.

Chargeback Policies
We defend our business from fraud and theft assertively. Customers who submit chargebacks/disputes for valid fulfilled orders will be banned from our store. Please contact us about any order issues before initiating a chargeback/dispute. Most of these order issues can be worked out collaboratively to mutual satisfaction.
