• Research verification: age confirmation (21+) and any information you submit to certify legitimate laboratory or research use.
• Loyalty and Paragon Friends data: referral links and codes, referred-customer activity tied to your account, commission and loyalty-point balances, Friend Program application details, and payout preferences.
• Communications: messages you send through contact forms, Telegram, email (paragonpeps@gmail.com), or other support channels.

Information Collected Automatically

• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, pages visited, time on page, and referral source.
• Cookies and similar technologies: session cookies, authentication cookies, analytics cookies, and referral-tracking cookies or local storage used to attribute orders to referral or Friend links (?ref or ?aff parameters).
• Approximate location: general geographic region derived from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive health, medical, or biometric data beyond what is necessary for order fulfillment, age verification, and program administration.

2. How We Use Your Information

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers who help us run the Site and business — such as hosting, authentication, payment processing, email delivery, shipping carriers (including UPS), analytics, and database services — under contractual obligations to protect your data.
• Legal and safety purposes when required to comply with law, court orders, subpoenas, or government requests; to defend legal claims; or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Paragon Peptides, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, in which case your information may transfer as part of the transaction.

Referral and Friend Program data is shared only to the extent necessary to operate those programs — for example, to confirm referred orders, calculate rewards or commissions, and process payouts.

• Marketing opt-out: Promotional emails include an unsubscribe link. You may also contact us to opt out.
• California residents (CCPA/CPRA): You may have rights to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, opt out of sales (we do not sell personal information), and not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights. Submit requests to paragonpeps@gmail.com.
• Do Not Track: We do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

We will respond to verified requests within 45 days, or as otherwise required by applicable law.

The Site is intended for users 21 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
